We work from a list of target companies.
All searches are conducted in the strictest confidentiality: the name of the company is only given to the candidate with the client’s agreement.
We only put forward suitable profiles so that we find the best solution to the client’s need.
We are normally able to present candidates after about six weeks although we give regular, weekly progress updates on the search.
We carry out a professional reference check before any decision is made.
More often than not we help clients during the contractual negotiations with the selected candidate.
We stay in regular contact with the candidate during the early months of tenure, to make sure he or she is well integrated into the new job.
Our contracts include a guarantee clause during the candidate’s trial period.
